Our workshops are developed and customised for each
client. Our clients chose the topic and we develop the workshop
incorporating best practice, interpretation of the latest thinking,
legislation and standards. Where possible we use case studies from
the client’s workplace, so that our material reflects their
policies, procedures, tools, equipment and jobs.
All our training sessions are highly interactive with group discussions
and exercises. We focus on providing practical skills and easy to
use tools so participants can return to their workplace with the
confidence and skills to apply what they have learnt to their own
workplace. We cover a wide variety of topics and we are always happy
to develop workshops to address new legislation or changes happening
in our clients’ workplaces. We can also run workshops to facilitate
our clients in developing new policies and procedures.
